This pumpkin dip is one of my favorite desserts and fall recipes- it’s SO easy to make and only requires a few ingredients, which makes it easy to keep extra around for when you need to make a quick contribution for a fall party or for last-minute guests.
Pumpkin Dip is exactly what it sounds like: a dip made out of pumpkin. It’s perfect for pumpkin lovers, and based on how much my husband devours this when I make it, it’s even a perfect snack for those that don’t like pumpkin that much.
I brought this to a Thanksgiving Party last year and made 3x the recipe and I walked out with just a few spoonfuls left- the dip is THAT good.
Here’s what you are going to need to make the Pumpkin Dip:
- 1 container of Cool Whip or Coconut Whip
- 1 box of Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 can of Canned Pumpkin- you can use more if you want
- A pinch of Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg
And that’s all! If you want to make more, just double or triple the recipe and you are good to go.
How to make Pumpkin Dip:
In a bowl…
- Combine the sugar free vanilla pudding mix with 1 container of cool whip
- In the cool whip mixture, add 1/2 can of canned pumpkin and stir together
- Add a pinch of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg and stir in
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and ENJOY!
I recommend eating it with Graham Crackers or Nilla Wafers! BONUS: crumble your dipping cookie on top of the dip to add a little flair🎃

This is my go-to dessert dip for the Fall and I am so excited to share it with you! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and that you allow yourself to get creative with how you present it, top it, and what you dip in it with.
I’m going to devour all of this dip now. Until next time, friends!
Happy Dipping,
