Here is what you need to make your own Headache Relief Essential Oil Roller:
- 10 drops of Lavender
- 10 drops of Peppermint
- 10 drops of Acheaway (or Panaway from YL)
- Fractionated Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil
- 1 Roller Bottle (I order this set any time I need glass containers)
You can also change the dilution of the oils if needed. Please keep in mind that children and adults require different essential oil dilution as oils are intense and concentrated.
Directions:
- In your roller bottle, add 10 drops of Lavender, 10 drops of Peppermint, and 10 Drops of Acheaway.
- Once essential oils are added, top off roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil
Apply Headache Relief to temples and rub in a circular motion. Re-apply as needed.
