Fall is here and I am THRIVING! (I think I have started every Fall post out saying that) But really, it is the happiest time of year for me!
While you are planning your Fall decor and outfits, this is your reminder to not forget to schedule time in to have FUN and enjoy the weather, your family & friends, and the sweet time you can spend doing some DIY decor around your home!
This year, I want to paint pumpkins instead of carve, so I gathered up some ideas that I am going to share with you that I hope spark some inspiration!
If pumpkin carving is your go-to, I challenge you to try painting this year to shake things up a little bit. You can always do a combo and carve some and paint the rest!
1. The Floral Moment
Ooohhh girl, grab a white pumpkin and make this happen!!! Paint any type of flowers in your fav colors or your color scheme for the season and place it inside or outside. I am living for this and I know you are too!
2. Kid-Friendly Character Pumpkins
Think of your favorite character and start painting! Disney characters and superheroes will always be a huge hit, so have fun with it and be creative!! Make sure you let the paint dry before you start adding details so it dries as clean as it can!
3. A Neon Design
These neon pumpkins are to. die. for. Grab some chalk paint and a stencil and be as creative or simple as you want to be!
If you can find glow-in-the-dark paint, this would be a super cute idea to use it with!
4. Paint a Message
Practice your calligraphy or script painting with adding a message to your pumpkin art! Any Fall saying would be perfect to put on a pumpkin; mix it up and add some floral or stencil designs in the background and make it a masterpiece!
5. The Purrrfect Pumpkin
This idea is close to my heart! I love having cat decor anywhere I can and this design would be easy to add on a white pumpkin with a sharpie or paint! Add this purrrfect pumpkin design to your porch this season to transition from Fall to Halloween!
