S’mores are a 3-ingredient treat that are yummy year round!
On a cool Fall night, this recipe is perfect to pop in the oven for a quick snack and pair with a glass of sweet red and a movie!
With chocolate being an ingredient, that means it is super customizable to include whatever kind of chocolate you want (and for my diary-free friends, you can still enjoy this with pure cacao chips!)
I think this s’mores dip would pair perfect with raspberry dark chocolate, but you can use whatever kind you want. I typically peruse the candy aisle and get different kinds to try out with s’mores. So far, chocolate with matcha is my fav!
It takes about 10 minutes or less, from start to finish, to get all of this yumminess together for you and your family to enjoy…keep scrolling for step-by-step instructions!
- 1 bag of Chocolate Chips or 1-2 Chocolate bars of your choice
- 1 bag of Marshmallows
- 1 box of Graham Crackers (you can also serve this dip with pretzels, apple slices, strawberries, and pretty much anything else that pairs well with chocolate and gooey goodness)!
*You will need a skillet or oven-safe glass dish to layer the dip in*
1.Preheat oven to 350*
2.Layer the chocolate chips/broken up chocolate bars on the bottom of your skillet or oven-safe glass dish. Bake until chocolate is almost melted (about 2-3 minutes).
3. Layer marshmallows on top of melted chocolate, place back in oven and bake until marshmallows are golden on top.
4. Take out and serve immediately!
This dip is best served right out of the oven, as the chocolate will harden when cool. You can reheat it, but I wouldn’t recommend reheating more than once.
This is the PERFECT Fall treat that is so easy for you and your fam to enjoy, and it will save you time and money while still serving something yummy!
