Practicing self-care doesn’t have to be expensive, and it doesn’t have to take a ton of time! One of the best ways to give yourself some TLC is to use a sugar scrub throughout the week.
Sugar Scrub can be used all over your body (yes, even your face), and helps to smooth skin, promote overall skin health by exfoliating the dead layers off, and increase skin hydration from the outside in. If you have sensitive skin on your face, be cautious of using any exfoliating agent as it can irritate it.

I prefer to use granulated sugar as it is smaller and not too rough for my sensitive skin, but you can also use cane sugar if you like the granules to be more coarse.
To store your scrub, use a glass container with a screw on lid to preserve it up to 30 days. I use Mason Jars with reusable lids for all of my homemade products!
This scrub also makes the perfect gift and with how customizable it is, all of your people can have their own scent- what an amazing way to say I love you!
